When employees are not worrying about cash flow/money management or counting the days until payday to meet their financial obligations and life needs, they can be more focused on the job, and more productive.

I worked on SHRM PaySolution developing a comprehensive brand identity and system, conceptualizing and executing on multiple print and digital ads, a website and more.

Building a Brand

The main storyline the client want conveyed was that the “PaySolution” being offered was both for the employer and the employee – a solution for “you and I” which was a motif I focused on both in the logo mark, highlighting the U in a handwritten font, as well as the dot above the I.

This carried over to the art direction as well, wrapping the focus on employees within an abstracted, dynamic “U”.
